Angela M. Key

Founder and President

Premier Resources was founded in April, 1999 by Angela Mastoras Key as a locally owned and operated women’s business. Her vision was dedicated to developing and retaining long term relationships with leading Charlotte businesses by providing top-notch corporate administrative, accounting and HR professionals – from temp, temp-to-hire and direct hire. The company began in a small, one room office - with Key being the only employee; eight years later, Key’s corporate offices are located at the Forum @ Ballantyne Commons and currently employ an in-house staff of 12.

On April 3, 2006, Key was diagnosed with breast cancer. In the months that ensued, extensive interaction with healthcare personnel compelled her to consider opening a healthcare staffing firm. In March of 2007, Key was approached by a well established, local staffing firm which had created a niche in the healthcare arena and was looking for a new home for its recruiters. Proudly, on April 3, 2007, the first year anniversary of her diagnosis, Key founded Premier Healthcare Resources. Committed to high standards, sense of urgency and ethical practices, we are confident in our ability to bring new talent to local healthcare facilities throughout Charlotte and surrounding areas.
